Drove 370 miles today...from Kirkersville, OH to Mulberry Grove, IL. We decided to stay at a compground tonight instead of a Flying J (although we DID stop at one for gas about 40 miles back in Effingham, IL!). We're staying at a lovely little campground called Cedargrove RV park...luckily it's open until Oct 31. All tipouts are out, tanks are empty...we're ready to hit Topeka KS and see the grandkids tomorrow!

"The Cross Foundation completed a 198 foot Cross at the intersection of Interstates 57 & 70 in Effingham, Illinois. The site is intended to serve as a beacon of hope to the 50,000 travelers estimated to pass the site each day. The Cross Foundation is dedicated to building both faith and family on an ecumenical basis."
